GMA-Upper Valley Training Location
The Witherell Recreation Center houses a 25-yard indoor swimming pool with six lap lanes and a diving board and it recently received a new filtration and oxidization system. Swim programs at the Witherell Recreation Center include Aqua aerobics, open family swim times, swim team competitions, swim lessons, and Lifeguarding classes.

GMA-Burlington Training Location
The Saint Michael's College Pool is an indoor 6-lane, 25-yard pool. The pool is 13 feet deep at the start end of the pool and 3.5 feet deep at the turn end of the pool. Spectator seating is available for about 250 people.
